1. This offer is valid between 1 July 2010 and 30 September (inclusive) (Promotion Period).
2. This offer is open to approved companies registered within Australia and Australian residents (Eligible Purchaser), who purchase, rent or lease a new Konica Minolta bizhub 601, 751, C452, C552 or C652DS multifunctional device (Eligible Product) directly from AATEC Office Technology within the Promotion Period.
3. This promotion is not open to Government and Konica Minolta specified major or contract account customers.
4. The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer.
5. Each Eligible Purchaser is will receive one tablet PC (Gift) with every purchase, rental or lease of an Eligible Product within the Promotion Period while stocks last.
6. The Gift will be delivered to the address provided by the Eligible Purchaser within 60 days of the date of the purchase, rental or lease of the Eligible Product.
7. Each Gift has a retail value of approximately RRP $920. The value of the Gift is accurate at the commencement date of the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Gift after that date. The Gift cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
8. The Promoter will make available to each Eligible Purchaser the benefit of any manufacturer’s warranty applicable to the Gift.
9. If the Gift is not available, AATEC Office Technology reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
